Senior Mortgage Adviser: Brian Donovan

I joined Which? Mortgage Advisers as it is a company that focuses on making sure the customer gets the best advice, service and help when looking at their mortgage options.

At previous jobs I felt that they were more focused on about getting the customer to apply for a product as soon as possible without taking the time to understand the most suitable solution that is best for the customer. A key part to arranging a mortgage is to make sure that the customer understands the product, process and why it is being selected for them, and that is something I pride myself on.

I have been in the mortgage industry for eight years and joined Which? Mortgage Advisers in November 2013 as a Mortgage Adviser. I was promoted to Senior Mortgage Adviser in July 2015 as a result of growing in role, which Which? Mortgage Advisers enabled me to do.

I work as part of a close knit team, we share experiences and knowledge that benefit the customer. I can honestly say that I would recommend anyone to come to work here to as it is a great place to work, and this is something I’m really enjoying being part of.
