Signs suggest that the housing market across England and Wales is returning to ‘business as usual’ after the UK voted to leave the EU.

According to research by Rightmove, house prices fell by 0.9% in July, which is expected for the summer months, but they are still up by 4.5% this time last year. It seems the vote to leave the EU has not put off sellers.
